Support for Agricultural Spray Drones Now Available to DJI Users Without Hardware Purchase

Drone services company Rantizo Inc. has announced a new offering available to DJI spray drone users. Regardless of whether users are working with Rantizo, tailored support packages are now available to every pilot — without needing additional hardware.

The offering makes Rantizo the first drone services company to offer spray drone support without requiring a hardware purchase, allowing pilots to maximize their spray days and fly time this season.

“Being a spray drone operator requires adaptability and a willingness to be nimble,” said Joe Riley, Rantizo COO. “We’re meeting our customers where they are with our support offerings.”

Whether a user has just purchased a drone or operates their own fleet, Rantizo now offers three levels of support to fit all needs.

In addition to troubleshooting, self-serve parts ordering and drone repair from Rantizo’s DJI-certified technicians, support packages also give pilots access to Rantizo’s industry-leading Loan-A-Drone program.

Minimizing downtime is critical during spray season. Available exclusively to Silver and Gold support package users, the new Loan-A-Drone program provides temporary drone rental so operators lose fewer days of spraying due to repairs. While pilots continue their work in the fields, their drone is being repaired by Rantizo’s DJI-certified technicians.

“When the sky’s the limit for farmers leveraging drone services, nothing should keep them from moving forward,” said Riley. “Our Loan-A-Drone program will keep pilots flying and applying when they need it most.”
